Amid the continuing Covid-related shutdown of meetings, we’re introducing a virtual social and member meeting format beginning April 1.  Sheriff AJ Sheridan will emcee as we try something different for our first meeting of 2021.

Starting at 6:30 p.m., we will begin the “Social” part of our meeting where everyone can be mic’d up and able to talk, share and get re-acquainted online.

Then, we will stream the recorded video from our November 2020 Western History Symposium presentation by H. Christine Reid entitled, “Arizona: A History of Scams, Snake Oil Salesmen, and Hoaxes.”  We will stream the show online to all attending the virtual meeting, as well as offer everyone a LINK to go to the YouTube channel directly — this allows you to decide if you want to see everyone online as you’re watching the video, or you can watch the presentation full-screen on your computer.

For details about the presentation, check out the April edition of the “Roundup.”
