All four presentations were offered FREE OF CHARGE to the general public along with FREE ADMISSION to the Phippen Museum for the day of the symposium. No reservations were required. Books authored by the speakers were available for sale during the symposium.
Dr. Paul Fees, Deputy Director of Museum Program at the Sharlot Hall Museum, traces the long legacy of artistic expression in the Prescott area.

A renowned and award-winning artist whose subject matter frequently depicts the cowboy lifestyle, Bill Anton will discuss the deep roots that Western art has in the Prescott area.

Acclaimed artist, writer, musician and long-time editor of True West magazine, Bob Boze Bell will call on his decades of experience to describe the key role that art has played and continues to play in printed media.
Presentation begins at 11:30 AM
Bob Boze Bell will lead a discussion of bronze sculpture in Western art with a panel consisting of noted artists Bill Nebeker, Carl Wolf and Heather Johnson Beary.
